Overview
Netherchurch was founded durring the early 14th century in winter of the year 1320, by Trgadsm Lawhead. The establishment of Netherchurch was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Netherchurch's construction back out of the project. Trgadsm Lawhead pushed on reguardles, and Netherchurch was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Netherchurch was built using the conventions of Sylvin durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Netherchurch is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature stone brick construction with most buildings posessing towers, turrets, dormers, and wide wrap-around porches. An extreem emphasis on decorative features and emblishments can be seen even on the poorest of homes and makes even the most humble of structures seem a bit regal.
Netherchurch is buildings are located arround a single crampt packed earth mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city has a defencive wall made from querried stone. The wall is equipped with a full set of battlments but the nature of its construction methodology leaves it somewhat vulnerable to siege equipment. That said, the city is well defended against anything short of an army. Netherchurch's cost-cutting-focused defences are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.
A look around Netherchurch seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do.

History
A local has came up with a wonderful new idea (14193 % 6)+1 months ago; it may be a magical innovation, a new industrial process, a new agricultural product, a new use for what was thought to be ancient garbage, or some other very useful, profitable idea. Everyone around them is fighting for the chance to exploit this clever new plan.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century the Kami solved a major long term problem plaguing the town. One of Netherchurch's local festivals commemorates this miracle.
